The chair was easy enough to put together. I am very happy with it but for one feature; I do wish the lower back portion or neck portion would adjust to lower headrest for shorter torsos

Great chair for my back! I was in pain all the time no matter what kind of chair I would sit on. This chair gives great support for my back and neck. Very happy!

Since everyone is working from home I needed a new chair. Walked in picked out the one I wanted and the salesman took it to the register. Great service and love my chair.
