This chair is very comfortable. It feels sturdy. The head and back rests hit the spot. It is everything I expected BUT the fabric is very uncomfortable to sit on in shorts or a thin skirt resulting in waffle thighs. Happily I have a pad to put on the seat but my cat hates it.

Truly a 5-10 chair the mesh keeps you cool the lumbar support is just enough to keep you comfortable. The headrest adds the finishing touch.

Overall a good-looking and functional chair. But after about 2 or 3 hours my butt gets pretty sore / tired More so than similarly priced chairs that I have used in the past

Go with a cheaper chair and one with a cushioned seat. The hard plastic of the edge of seat hurts your thighs and is uncushioned. Bad design. The head rest is also terribly designed. If you are not a petite person you will need to remove it.

Very comfortable especially surprising to use the headrest on long phone calls. Replaced a leather high backed desk chair. This is cooler (temperature-wise).
