Bought this chair a couple of years ago and the hydraulic lift system has slowly gotten worse. Contacted company and hoping they can send a new one.

Totally mesh so it doesn't get hot. Wish the lumbar support went high (the headrest too) but that's because I'm so tall.

We went to the store to try out all the available options at Staples. We chose the Hyken chair and ordered three! They are solidly built super comfortable offers many adjustable options including the head rest and looks good too! This chair is a lot of function for the price.

My son sat in it and fell in love. He has back problems and had been looking for a chair a long time. I find it comfortable but I don’t sit in it for extended periods of time. Buy when it is on sale!

Allows air flow comfortable and gives great support. As a larger taller person (250 lb) I find it very comfortable. When assembling just make sure bolt slots for arms are pulled to the outside. You can gain a couple of inches of seating width.
