I got it during a deal I am so happy. Super comfortable can really compete with the one at 300 dollars that I have at work. Awesome chair! I love the neck and lumbar rest!

I had a wonderful experience at staples. The staff took care of everything down to inputing information for delivery. The chair was on sale and I am grateful for the investment. This chair definitely supports your neck and spine. I wish I purchased another one. I am definitely a fan of this compan and brand. Get the protection plan!

Easy to assemble. Comfortable professional look at a budget friendly price. Only downside is the inability to adjust the back height for those with a tall torso or the inability to adjust the width of the arm rest for those with wide hips which is the only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 starts.

The head rest came assembled backwards so I cant even use it. The mesh is sharp like a grater it completely shredded the skin off my elbow. Also the seat is not very wide so I feel the frame it is stretched across when I sit on it. Just poor design across the board

I like this chair: it is good for work at computer and of good quality for the price; very ergonomic. It is not soft/cozy/wide/relaxing kind of chairs like some of leather executive chairs or game chairs for PC; but it is more suitable than leather chairs during the hot and humid summer time (no sweating!). Also the chair was easy to assemble; instructions and pictures are very clear.
