Nice chair - short/average height women beware

The chair is nice and generally comfortable. Staples delivered as expected and the product itself was easy to put together by myself. It looks nice (although no one sees it at my house but me.) My biggest complaint after 2 months or so of using it - the armrests! Armrests may not be a big deal but they are for me. When sitting in a chair for many hours a day ergonomics is important. I am 5'6" (and somewhat short bodied if that makes sense). The arm rests will not go further down (like the chair in my office). I have found that I have had a lot of tension built up in my shoulders/neck area possibly due to my arms/shoulders being at a higher level than they should. Otherwise it is a nice chair but I am taking at least one star off due to the arm rests not lowering any further which can impact the ergonomics for some of us. Short people beware!! Go in to a store and try it out if you can - I didn't have the luxury at the time.

Best chair

For taller people this is the best chair very comfortable and good back and neck support. For shorter people back and neck support does not work for them. It is in the wrong place for comfort.

Great Chair

It took me a few days to get used to the chair but once I learned all the ergo settings I loved it. Makes working from home during COVID-19 a lot more pleasant. I am use to using a mesh chair at work so this one was perfect. I originally bought the Dexley chair (larger version of the Hyken) and as much as I wanted to like it I just could not make it work for me. I eventually found the Hyken in stock and what a difference those two chairs are. I am 5'9" and 175lbs and the Hyken was just right for me.

The Right fit

This chair is just my size. As I am only 4' 11" tall I sometimes have a problem with the fit of any chair. This one does the job for me. The lumbar is extremely important to me and this one is in the right place for my stature (or lack there of). It was also fairly easy to assemble. Glad I purchased it.

Great mesh chair for the price

Have been using this chair for almost a month now and find it to be a great value for the money. There was an initial period of a few days to get accustomed to the fit but now I find it very comfortable and can work all day at my computer without noticing any discomfort. I had a Herman Miller Aeron at work and wanted to find a mesh chair that had similar characteristics. Though not on the same level this chair is much better than the faux leather office chair I bought for a similar price.

Great chair but arm rests

Love the chair and got it because long sitting was hurting my back. I workout a lot so I’m wider so the only negative are that the arm rests are too narrow for me to use comfortably
