Highs: mesh back ease of assembly adjustability Lows: mesh seat plastic base headrest is a piece of plastic attached to another piece of plastic with metal screws watch out or you'll strip those plastic threads

Good close to great

Overall the chair is good. Offers good support and I find it comfortable after sitting for 8+hrs. I have a couple critiques to maybe improve the chair. First the adjuatable lumbar support is nice however the range of support is limited. Only a couple inches. I feel they could extend the lumbar support higher a few more inches. This would offer more flexibility for all individuals who use the chair. I am 5’10” so I am pretty standard height so the lumbar support works for me but this would help improve the chair and offer more options to whoever is using it. Second the head rest it seems mine is slightly loose on one of the support screws. I am unable to tighten the scew becuase it is behind the mesh. Also the head rest does not sit flush on both sides. One side is raised about a 1/4 inch compared to other side. One last thing the armrest they are good and fit for more however I wish they would lower one or two more to fit under my desk. Overall good fix those minor issues 5/5

Excellent Value - Comfort

I purchased this office chair after finally realizing what had been causing issues with other office chairs. Many office chairs connect the seat with the seat back so when you lean back both sections lean. The problem with this is that the front of the chair seat cuts into the back of your leg causing your leg from the knee down to experience the pins and needles sensation. This prevents lengthy sessions on the phone or at your computer. This office chair has the reclining mechanism between the seat and the back so this problem doesn't exist. In addition the mesh seat and back allows your body to breathe unlike the leather chair this replaced.

Comfortable multi-use chair

I use this chair for working from home and for personal computing. I like the recline and the ability to lock it. I also didn't know I needed a head rest. I love this chair. The chair took a bit of time to assemble. The label right and left was on the wrong side and ended up installing it on the wrong side. No worries simple enough to uninstall the arm rests and reinstall on the correct side. Highly recommend this chair.
