Arm rests very rigid

While chair itself is comfortable to sit in I do not like the fact that it seems to be more geared toward people under 200lbs. Arm rests are flush to the chair making me a bit uncomfortable (215lbs). Would like to have option to adjust rests to be wider or at least have ability to swivel them to the sides.

The sides of the seat are not cushioned and dig into my legs. Otherwise it is a comfortable chair that can be customized to your body.

Chair is very comfortable but if came with a broken piece. I would recommend checking all the parts before assembling it.

I love this chair. It has adjustable lumbar support and it can do that bouncy reclining thing which I love. You can lock the chair so it doesn't bounce if that's not for you. This is a great chair for a smaller-framed person. I'm 5'4" and when the seat is all the way down my feet can touch the floor. That's a big deal. The head rest is comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This chair Has to be one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever bought. Very easy to assemble. . This mesh style won’t go flat Like your conventional cushion chair. Highly recommended

Love the chair but wish the head piece would be adjustable higher and lower. It tilts but is still a bit high for me.
