it's a well-built and comfortable chair. I sit at my desk for 8+ hours and my last chair was really hurting my rear by the end of the day. the pain has significantly reduced since using this chair. biggest criticism is that it isn't great for tall people/people with long torsos. the headrest goes to the base of my neck/top of my shoulders so I can't really lean back comfortably. I could remove the headrest but that feels like lost value if i can't use the headrest because my height doesn't suit it

I like this chair. Very nice structure of the chair is back support. I wish the handles could have moved out little bit. I am really happy with overall chair. Great product for the price.

I work from home so I got this chair since my old one was a tiny office chair that was giving me back pain. With this new chair my back pain is gone and I’m able to complete my 8 hour work day in comfort! The armrests could be more comfortable though.

This is the most comfortable desk chair I've ever used. The lumbar support is excellent. Being able to tilt back and relax while working is a plus. The chair is in my den where I have a TV. When I'm at the computer working on my photography I can sit for long periods of time. When I take a break I tilt back and relax in the chair and turn to watch a little TV. I'm so comfortable that I forget that I'm in an office chair! I also like the headrest. It gives my neck a break when I'm sitting for long periods of time.

confy but broke after 3 years of limited use

The mesh pulled out from the base. I tried to repair it and found that the staples used in assembly had all been bent and were not holding i.e. clearly a manufacturing fault. FWIW I'm 175lb and use the chair 2-3 days / week so not an intense user. Pretty disappointing.

I will say I have been very pleased with this chair so far. From how comfortable it is to the ease of assembly. Instructions were fairly easy to follow and the only time I need a second pair of hands was when attaching the head rest. The positioning is pretty easy to get right to meet my sitting needs. I would recommend this chair to anyone. Very Pleased!
