Seems to be fine. Like the option neck rest (I opted out). Substantial and well built. Many adjustments each well defined. Not too difficult to put together. Even with limited use I would recommend the chair at a excellent price (on sale).

The chair is great looking and comfortable for sits up-to 2-4 hours long. Only thing that would make the chair better is a gel cushion seat for longer office days

Perfect for my husband.

Got the chair at amazing sale price. He about 150 lbs 5' 6" and fit nicely. It is form fitting my daughter whom shorter didn't like as much.
