The chair is comfortable but the screws for the head rest do not stay in. The receiving part on the back of the chair comes loose allowing the screws to fall out. The screws are big enough so I can find and try to replace weekly but it is a pain.

LOOKING FOR A NEW CHAIR THAT CAN HANDLE BEING SAT IN FOR MORE THE 8 HOURS A DAY IS A PROBLEM. i HAVE BEEN EVERY WHERE AND SAT IN MANY MANY DIFFERENT CHAIRS. WHEN I SAT IN THIS ONE MY HIPS AND LOWER BACK SIGHED IN RELIEF. I LOVED IT SO MUCH ONE OF MY BOSSES BORROWED IT FOR A DAY. THE NEXT DAY I WAS BACK AT THE STORE PURCHASING ONE FOR HER. COMFORTABLE GREAT SUPPORT HANDLES AT LEAST 10 HOURS OF SITTING WITH COMFORT. P.S. DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD GO SIT IN ONE. I BET YOU WILL WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH ONE!

Supportive and relatively comfortable

Only issue is that the head rest is more of a Neck rest. I'm 5'10 (M) 176-180 Lbs The head rest doesn't go up or down much just the angle changes. still overall a great chair though. The seat is a bit aggressive in its curve at first buy it eventually stretches and settles down. Hopefully it doesn't breakdown we shall see.
