Seems defective

The lumbar support that I thought was the best feature of this chair is too high for me. I measured the length of the back part of the chair and it's 1/2 inch longer than the one my neighbor has. So I have to use a seat cushion. Other than that the chair is fine.

Simply the best chair on the market

You will not get a better bang for your buck than with this chair. It is almost flawless in every aspect of design and use. One exception is the wheels - but fear not a $20 set of rubber replacement wheels from a website that was once an online bookstore and this char becomes perfect. 9/10 with stock wheels 10/10 with replacement wheels.

I would not recommend this at full retail price. For $100 it is ok

My husband purchased this chair for me because the one I have been using for many years was too large and it gave me back aches and my feet fell asleep.

Too stiff

Chair looks great. The headrest was annoying and actually jirt my neck instead of helped. I ended up removing that part.

nice chair.. Only a few small defects

nice comfortable and has enough adjustment.. my only problems are with the lumbar support that will not remain in place (it tends to move positions if I shift in the chair and I have to reset it's position) and the headrest is not assembled symmetrically (one of the screws that holds the mesh net frame is not driven in as much as the other causing it to look and feel uneven) there is no way to correct this myself without damage to the mesh webbing on the headrest.
