love how comfortable it feels to sit and turn. It keeps my back straight just what I was looking for. I also love the head rest that is attached. It feels good to sit back comfortably. The mesh like seating and back is also more comfortable than I thought it would be. I didn't need all that leather padding that others showed.

I am very much enjoying my Hyken. It's super comfortable and blows away my old chair. I have even napped it in briefly. I wish it had a leg rest but that's no biggie. The only issue I have with the chair is that the lumbar support isn't supposed to or can't be removed easily. The current support pushes up the back of my shirt and the mesh can be irritating on my skin.

It's a decent office chair for the money

Purchased 2 of these for our new office in Florida. We wanted something light that breathes better than the big leather chairs we had previously. These are comfortable and roll easily although only the back reclines not the entire seat. Still comfortable just different. It took a while to get them adjusted to our liking especially the headrests. It's full range of adjustment isn't obvious and it can be uncomfortable if not properly adjusted. And they sure use some strong glue to attach their warning labels. It took as long to clean the glue residue off the chairs as it did to assemble them.

The chair was very easy to assemble following the instructions provided. I like the chair very much. The only issue I have is the manufacturer placed white sticky labels in 2 places and a sticky white residue remains and is visible in 1 area. I have to figure out how to remove it without damaging the black plastic.

The instructions. We're easy to follow for assembly. I've found the Chair very comfortable .so did my Wife. Delivery was to my house and came right on time.
