The chair would be much better if the armrests wear adjustable outward. I’m a larger guy (265 lbs) but still within the weight capacity but the armrests feel a bit snug while I’m in the chair and it’s a little awkward to get out of. I may take the armrests off but that kind of ruins the chair. Honestly if I had gone to a store and tried it out first I would have bought something else.
A great chair easy to assemble and adjust. Take about 30 minutes start to finish with the enclosed Allen wrench. Faster if you have a drill with the driver head for Allen wrenches.
I did NOT want to return this chair. I wanted to enjoy it for many years

Sadly I had to return it. Fortunately I am happy with Staples return policy. The lumbar support is ill-designed. After comparing it to my office chair at the office I realized the difference. The padded lumbar support is supported by to small and relatively pointed piece of plastic which dig into my back. Other chairs have more of a "paddle" support behind the padded portion. It is difficult to believe that this wasn't realized in even the most marginal and elementary research and design phase. This could have easily been avoided and a good chair produced.
