Great chair for the price

Like so many others I've been sitting in my home office a lot these days. My old chair was giving me low back pain so I ordered this one from Staples. It arrived the next day! The instructions were very straightforward with the bolts color-coded and separately packaged. I had it assembled in about 20 minutes including taking everything out of the box. The chair is comfortable and has great lower back support. The headrest takes some getting used to and it's only helpful if you like to lean back and stare at the ceiling. It can be easily removed altogether. I'm sure I could have spent a lot more for an even more comfortable chair but I'm happy with the choice I made. Can't beat it for the price.

Nice straight back headrest low

We bought this online to replace an old desk chair that was causing some hip and leg pain. The headrest was a desired feature to help maintain a more upright posture. However it sits a little low on a 5’8” person and felt awkward so we removed it. The chair has a nice upright back though so the posture correction is achieved without it. The mesh seat is comfortable compared to a previous padded seat on the old chair. Overall we’re happy with this chair after the first 2 weeks. Time will tell how the mesh holds up.

Amazing chair

I work from home and needed a chair that I could sit in for my 10 hour shifts. Since getting this chair my back problems have gone away. I would heavily recommend this chair if you work in IT.

Bad for 6'+ persons

As other reviewers have stated this chair is poorly designed with insufficient adjustability for 6' or taller people as the headrest even at maximum height digs into your shoulder blades. Additionally I've found that the tilt adjustability cannot be fine-tuned enough. The most upright and forward position I find leans too far forward and brings the back and head rest too close to the body. But the next available locked position tilts it too far back.

Has a lower lumbar hard plastic support that ends up just plain hurting your lower back. Not recommended

Not what I expected

Not as comfortable as expected. Headrest is useless unless you are extremely short. I am only 5’5” and the headrest hits me just above the shoulders and has very little adjustment. I took it completely off of my chair which at least makes the chair relatively comfortable and useable
