Comfortable and Supportive Office Chair

I tried several chairs before settling on this one. It provides good support all around; I particularly appreciate the lumbar support and the head support. The arms and head support are adjustable as is the height of the seat and the position of the back. I am glad I selected this Hyken Mesh Task Chair. Yes I would recommend it.
I purchased the Hyken because I have read online that it's pretty much the best chair you can get for under $250. When I got home and put the chair together it was great except for one thing: it was slightly tilted/crooked. It was to the point where my head was on the very left side of the headrest when I was sitting straight up. I was going to return the chair today to get another one without the tilt but both of the display models that I saw had the same issue and I didn't wanna gamble away my time on another boxed model. Everything else about the chair is perfect but I'm not gonna use a chair for 6-7 years constantly angry about how it's crooked.
I am going to have to return this chair. It was replacing my 8 year old chair (bought elsewhere) that has started to wear out. Saw lots of positive reviews on this one and the price was right so figured I’d try it. I am actually fairly short so I wasn’t worried about some of the headrest complaints coming from taller users. After getting this thing assembled and attempting to adjust it I could not get the back to lock at a reasonable angle. Either its too far forward and feels extremely upright and stiff or its too far back. In the latter configuration the front foam padding also feels like its digging into my legs. I ended up re-buying my 8 year old chair which is apparently still available (not from Staples).
So I have had this chair for over 6 months. I love some many of its features (adjustable armrests reclining mesh construction). But honestly I have become increasingly irritated that I cannot adequately adjust the neck support for a comfortable position. I am 5"10" not tall by any means. Even at its highest position the neck support still hits my torso at the top of the back. There is literally no chance for the support of the neck over prolonged sitting. Seems there should better thought put into this design feature.
