comfortable easy to set up

do not bother with the head rest though. Use it without it. As the headrest isn't adjustable and protrudes far too much it's better to use the chair without it.

This chair has good lumbar support and many adjustable features. I was not looking for a head rest but I actually like it a lot.

The arm rocks back and forth and will not screw in perfectly no matter how many times I try. Its very annoying when you place your arm on the armrest and it squeaks from being loose.

The chair is great but my torso is longer so it would be a perfect chair if the neck rest would have another feature to adjust it's height not just the 3 positions. My neck is still hurting so not sure if keeping the chair.

Very comfortable and breathable chair 5 stars for the price you pay. Comfortable especially when leaning back with the head rest. I read a review of someone that had this for 3 years and it was still in great condition only the seat was slightly worn.
