The front edge of this seat is not comfortable after sitting in it for a while and puts strain on my hamstrings. Bought it during shelter in place during the pandemic and didn't get to test it out.

Most comfortable chair ever. Do not buy

I love this chair. Love it. I had one for about a year and then the lift cylinder gave out and it kept dropping down so I had to relift the seat 5-25 times every work day. I tried to find a replacement cylinder but because of the size (it's way smaller than the standard) I couldn't. So I bit the bullet and shelled out another $200+ for a replacement. I've had this one less than 4 months and here we go again. I'm nowhere NEAR the weight limit for the chair but I've had to raise the seat up today alone 14 times and counting.

Fast Delivery Easy Installation Comfortable Chair

The online price was significantly reduced from the in-store price where the chair wasn't even in stock. I completed the online order on my phone while still in the store. The chair arrived a day ahead of its promised delivery and was assembled in 15-30 minutes. The chair is a significant comfort upgrade from my faux-leather reclining office chair which had begun shedding its synthetic skin all over my office. This one will be much easier to clean too. If I could add one feature to the chair it would be a tension adjustment for the reclining. The chair reclines or can be locked into a certain position but you can't adjust the reclining tension. You get used to it.
