I was hoping for a gem but the mesh is rough and uncomfortable and the chair is too small. The head rest hits my back at the shoulders and I'm 6'3".

Overall I like the chair the seat height adjustment and the back tension adjustment have a great range. My only issue is I wish the arm rests lowered more. The lowest height setting is too high for me so it causes me to scrunch up my shoulders. I am 5'6" and average build for reference. I'm not returning the chair because I don't want to deal with the hassle of taking it back after I already assembled it. Also FYI the caster wheels will scratch hardwood floors so you need to put something down to protect them. Staples had really fast delivery and the chair was easy to assemble.

The Staples Hyken Mesh Task Chair Black (23481-CC) turns out to be a good value easy assembly with included wrench. Comfortable with position adjustments that function very well. Purchased in late October 2020 and so far I’m very pleased.

This chair will not fit you if you’re over 5’10”

A little loose

Other than being a good chair it has a few fallouts. The mesh of the seat and head rest are loose especially the seat is not firm enough for great comfort. The cushion (front part of the seat) and the hallow part of the seat is not flushed there is a dent because the mesh is not tight enough.
