First chair delivered was damaged but Staples immediately sent a replacement. They are first class company. We are waiting for pick-up of damaged chair but enjoying second delivered for a computer work station. Chair is very “fitting” to use. This is our second Hyken as first was ordered several years ago from Staples also. I ordered this one without any second thoughts. Price is most acceptable.

This Hyken mesh chair is really comfortable and has great adjustability and the headrest is everything. It was a breeze to assemble and I saved the assembly fee to boot. I recommend!!

Great Chair for the Price!

I was skeptical about a mesh chair but it got such good ratings I thought I'd try it out. This chair is very comfortable and sturdy! I sit in it for work all day with no discomfort at all. The lumbar support and headrest are perfectly positioned and very comfortable for my 5'6" full-figured frame. I am happy that it locks into an upright position as advertised as I don't like chairs that lean back. A couple of notes: - The headrest and lumbar support are not adjustable. - Assembly wasn't terribly difficult and I was able to do it alone. I had to use a hammer and another tool that I had to get the wheels into the base though. - The base is not metal if that matters to you. - My daughter is 5'2" and she also finds the chair comfortable.

Nice Chair provided lumbar support turned out to hurt the back more so removed it. Other than that chair is fine. provides full back support. Using it for more than 8 hours a day.
