This is a great chair with all the support for your back and neck. Breathable so I can sit for hours and not have a sweaty back or bottom.

The arms are different than what is in the manual. They do not turn in or slide forward. They can be adjusted up and down and for my size they fit fine without further adjusting.

This chair is perfect for a person with a small/short frame. The depth of the seat is perfect for my 5' height allowing my knees to be just over the edge of the seat and my back to rest nicely against the lumbar support. I didn't think I would like a head rest but it is a great plus!
