I purchased this chair after seeing more than 2300 reviews averaging 4 1/2 stars. Price is fair and the chair is very comfortable and supportive for my less than good back. Problem arose when I noticed the foam support under the mesh of the front seating surface was cracking and splitting. This was after only 13 days. This makes me concerned about the durability although it does seem to be a durable chair. on a good note STAPLES took it back and will send a new one to my home. Still an inconvenience to disassemble the chair and drag it back to the store.... Lets see what the replacement chair brings...

Awesome chair for the price.

I bought this chair about a year now and still looking good. I pretty much sit on it at 8 hours a day since I work at home. The quality is good in my opinion and as long that a person sit properly you would not have any problem on mesh drooping or sagging. Heck I'm 200 lbs. I like the way it recline it feels good in my back heck just sitting on it is just like a therapy. I like it so much I bough another one for reserve during the sale. I will definitely recommend this chair.

Comfortable good support. Back was not tall enough for me and the head rest was uncomfortable. Gave it to my wife she likes it with the head rest removed.

Hyken Mesh Chair

After trying the many chairs in Staple's collection I bought myself the Hyken Chair and have been very pleased with it...My husband's old desk chair was a sorry mess so I offered to replace it for him. He also tried all of the chairs and the Hyken was his choice too.

Very good support that helps maintain good posture. Only shortcoming is the lack of height adjustment on the headrest.
