Seat is pulling apart

The mesh and fabric are pulling apart on the left side of the seat. The two materials were stapled together not sewn as you would expect them to be. I will have to replace it soon. Don’t waste your money.

Very comfortable. Appreciate head rest and lumbar support. I like the "springy" seat - firm but comfortable and supportive

Comfortable but not perfect

This chair is very comfortable for me except-- 1. The neck piece is too low. Needs to be modified so the neck piece can be raised another inch or two. 2. I am unable to fully/securely tighten the arms so the arms rattle. Just a little annoying.

The Chair is very comfortable. Provides great support. Sturdy. THe only knock is that the chair is heavy.

Its hard to find a chair that will work with the small style desk you may have in your home. This one works great! Fit well under the 21 inch leg area of my desk. It is super supportive and comfortable- no more neck pain!

Love it. I've always used the highback leather type but this one is much more comfortable. The jury is still out on the headrest but I may remove it.

Finally!

I do transcription work from home so I am sitting and typing for extended periods of time. For a number of years I have had problems with different chairs putting pressure on my tailbone after sitting for a while. After a while I would have this tailbone pain but even more painful was ust the movement of getting up out of the chair ... sometimes it might take me 30 - 60 seconds to make that movement because it was extremely painful (once I was up it and moving the paid would subside). So I was in the market for another chair. My first selection from Staples was a beautiful chair but after just a day or two I could see that it too was going to cause tailbone pain. So I began searching online for chairs and actually found this one on a different retailer's site though it was identified as a Staples chair. Since we have a Staples nearby and I wanted to be able to easily return the chair if it was uncomfortable we made a trip to the store and bought this one. It was actually on sale when I bought it but having had it now I would gladly pay the regular price for another one if I was shopping for a chair again. I've had it for about two months now and have had numerous transcription jobs where I've been sitting for extended periods of time and not once suffered from the tailbone pain that I had experienced over the past six years! For me this chair is GREAT!. The only negative I would say is that the headrest doesn't fit me quite right (it is in it's lowest position) but really the only time I use the headrest is if I'm stretching out and leaning back for a break. I can rest my head against the headrest but it doesn't quite fit me. But the headrest doesn't even need to be attached if you don't want it. So I definitely recommend this chair.
