The chair is comfortable. We like the headrest and it has good back support. Our family owns 3 of these chairs. A worker at the Port Orchard WA store even even carried it out and put the chair in our vehicle on a rainy evening. Great chair and great customer service!

Solid and Comfortable

Wanted to replace older desk chair with a smaller one. 1st purchase bought at Staples put it together same size as old chair= returned! 2nd purchased from Wayfair put it together quality suspect to say the least= returned! 3rd chair purchased at Staples put it together just right size solid and comfortable= OUTSTANDING! I don't believe you could purchase a better quality chair in the $150- 300 price range.

Hard yet comfortable but some problems.

I’d expected a soft comfortable chair but got a sturdy one instead. Still comfortable but my body gets stiff after some hours. My main problem with this case comes from how flimsy it is “it” being the plastic structure of the chair. The prebuilt parts of the headrest lumbar support base of the chair and arms all have a wobble to them. It’s noticeably loud and can be picked up on microphones whenever you lean back or just move your body. Also it seems easily breakable. During assembly the chair lightly hit the desk I was going to assemble it on and some of the plastic chipped off. Overall I find the chair comfortable and it saved my posture but I wouldn’t recommend it. The quality of the build just does not equal the price.

Purchased this for home office. Adjustments can be made to make long hours at my desk doable. The headrest is a real plus. Highly recommended.

I love my new Hyken Mesh Back Fabric Task Chair!

I am very happy with my new Hyken Mesh Back Fabric Task Chair. My husband was able to put the chair together with no issues. The chair has excellent back support it is easy to adjust the height of the chair and armrests. The chair is comfortable looks nice in my home office and appears to be well made.

Got this during a promotion and was $150 when bought it. Value for money. Would definitely recommend for any one who's looking for a chair with good lumbar support & head rest.
