Love the chair

I spent anywhere between 10-12 hours in front of my laptop and this chair is a life-safer. It is comfortable and provides lumbar and neck support that my precious chair doesn’t have. The best money spent this year!

Comfortable chair inaccurate description

The chair is very comfortable with excellent back support and a well placed headrest. However both the website and the manual mention that the armrests can be swiveled and the manual says they can also be moved forward and back. Neither of these are true. The armrests can be moved up and down but other than that they are fixed in place. The price was good so I think I'll still keep it but the misleading description was a disappointment.

I own two of them the first one I bought was three years ago and it's been doing quite well. Comfortable and breathable.

The lumbar support that can be moved up and down pushes too hard on your back. Making it an unpleasant sitting experience. If you are looking at different chairs stick with them.
