Very supportive in all the right places I believe it will encourage me to sit correctly and possibly improve posture. it works for both my 5' 2" wife and myself at 5' 11". Assembly was easy only used the allen wrench which was included and chair feels very solid and durable.

Horrible chair very hard to assemble. The screws keep falling off. Not worth the money
