I was very pleased with the manner with which the staff at the Amherst NH Staples handled my purchase. Delivery was timely and assembly was not as difficult as I thought is might be - good well organized assembly instructions...and all the pieces fit! I like the chair - am satisfied with my purchase.

Good for lower back when you have to sit extensively

I had this chair when I was an associate at a law firm where I worked 10-13 hours a day 5-6 days a week. The previous chair was killing my lower back. This one was much better. I ended up buying one for my home after leaving the job no complaints yet.
