Some comfort & EZ assembly but not 4 everyone...

Put it together pretty quickly with enclosed hex-key wrench & screws. The chair's a fine roomy enough fit for my 5'9" body (even with some xtra pandemic-bulk) but I can easily see how past reviewers felt it too confining or uncomfortable for their larger heavier frames. This one's narrower in the wheelbase & seating profile than the 15-year old fully-loaded office chair it replaces which works well for the small space around it. That said long-term seating can probably start to fatigue the fuller broader user without a proper pitch-tilt mechanism & weight-sagged netting for/on the seat.

Extremely uncomfortable if you are over 5’9

Purpose of buying this chair was to have head and neck support. The headrest doesn’t extend up much at all and is just digging into my shoulders. Applying too tall for this chair at 5’9

Good chair but shipping sucks

Overall the chair is very good. Comfortable adjustable to my needs. However the courier service that Staples uses might be the worst I've ever seen. They couldn't find the address then 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered they realized they couldn't deliver packages to PO boxes. So I end up changing the delivery address and waiting for shipping again. When I finally get it I'm roughly 3/4 of the way assembled when I take out a part that had broken during delivery. So not only was the courier roughly a week late the chair came broken. I ended up exchanging it in a store and will probably never order Staples delivery again.
