For the price this is a decent chair. The mesh seat and back are supportive but comfortable and I really like the headrest since it reminds me to sit up straight. I do recommend that you wait to out away the Allen wrench that comes with the chair for assembly until you’ve sat in it and adjusted the back the distance that is most comfortable. Otherwise the seat may be too long or too shallow for you.

Tremendous value for the desk chair. It has many of the same qualities as many more expensive competitors. Highly recommend--it's comfortable and easy to assemble.

I was in need of a new office chair and STAPLES was the first place of thought of looking. Of all the office chairs available the Staples Hyken Ergonomic Mesh Swivel chair was the one I selected. I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Assembly was very easy and overall comfort is great.

I made an account just to leave this review. This entire product is misleading. It is not a high-backed chair with a headrest. It is a regular height-back ergo-chair with a head rest drilled into the back. I am 6 feet tall. My wife is 5'10". The headrest is not in her neck it is in her shoulders. Imagine what it's like for me. We removed the headrest and it's comfortable enough - but advertising as a chair with a headrest is misleading. Waaaaaaaaay too [REDACTED] short.

We originally purchased 2 of these chairs in Feb of 2022. They have held up great and are just like brand new. We expanded our team and purchased 2 more chairs about a week ago. We couldn't be happier with them!

Fits in the opening of my desk. Assembly instructions are clear and all necessary items are included. Feels solid and the wheels rotate on my carpet. Good buy.
