Great chair

Very breathable. Very sturdy. I suggest using your own allen wrench to really tighten the screws to prevent it from falling apart down the road. Skipped the neck support. I wish the arms went lower.

Chair is great. Staples customer service was terrible. Took more then two months to replace a damaged chair that was in stock everywhere.

Great for my tall son

My son picked this out for his new desk which was at an awkward height for him and the keyboard .. we needed the chair to be able to go up and down to accommodate both this desk and his drafting table which is higher. He has neck and back pain so even at 16 this is a great chair for him because it really encourages sitting straight up keeping arms up and not slumping down. the only thing he wishes is that the neck could adjust up and down also as it seems a little low for him. But he's probably trying to slide down and play video games in it. I think it is a great chair and the mesh will keep him cooler than a leather chair would.

Comfortable and easy to put together

I requested this chair for my office job where I am at my computer for 6 - 8 hours a day. With a neck injury I find having the higher back and neck support to be beneficial. The chair has worked out great for me. 5 stars

Not worth it if you want a headrest it's awful and defective rest of chair is decent.

Staples is probably happy the return policy is only 14 days for furniture I'm on week 4 of ownership and as time goes on the headrest becomes weaker and weaker unable to hold it's position and just flops to the bottom position as soon as any movement on the chair occurs. I'm debating on just removing the headrest because if I raise it up it just will fall down within a few minutes. At two weeks (at end of the return policy) it would slip slightly but it wasn't noticeable I just thought that as I scooted around the jiggling of the chair just jolted it out of position even though it wasn't really any strong movement. But after two additional weeks it just keeps getting worse and worse. This issue is due to the fact it has no mechanical parts it is held up by tension alone so it is just losing the natural tension of the plastic rubbing against the chair and the headrest. I bought the chair because I wanted the headrest so to have such a terrible one is extremely disappoiting.

Marvelous chair especially for the money. We purchased two: one for me and one for my wife. They replaced rather old chairs. Because we did not have a vehicle to carry both chairs we ordered them online for delivery to our home. This was a very pleasant experience-- Staples sales persons answered our questions and let us take time to make our decision. The store manager assisted at the end of the sale. I assembled the chairs at home. Everything we needed was in the box--instructions bolts and allen wrench. The chair seat is comfortable and the back with lumbar support is great. Adjusting the chair height and the arm rests are simple. Staples has become our main source of printers paper ink chairs and anything we can think of that they may carry.
