After 9 months I am still really happy with this chair. The headrest in particular is incredibly helpful as I often have neck pain. Using this chair helps prevent that. A++ would buy again.

The chair is very nice so far. Nothing is perfect. It seems to be a good value. The most-significant improvement I can think of is to have more control over positioning the head/neck rest which is almost impossible to adjust while sitting has no way to change the elevation of the pivot point (distance from seat to rest fulcrum) and has only a few click positions for tilt. Why not have that be continuously adjustable and also be able to set both elevation and how far it is from the seat back?

Hurts my back

I tried the demo chair for a few minutes in the store and it seemed OK. Unfortunately the one delivered to my house is unbearable. The seat has too much downward slope to the back. The chair back is oddly shaped bowing in sharply in the lumbar area then back again going up to the shoulders. The result of the seat and back angles is that my sit bones are are rotated to an uncomfortable position and my lower back is force forward then into an unnatural curve. I’ve made all the adjustments possible and used the chair as much as I could to acclimate. Last night I didn’t sleep well due to significant low back pain. I am done with the chair and do not recommend it.

Hyken Mesh Back Fabric Task chair I had purchased one about a year ago for my wife and she loved it. My old task chair was starting to show its age. I would get the opportunity to use her chair when I did maintenance on her laptop and liked the feel also. So it went on sale this past week and I decide this was the time to upgrade. I love it and should have done it sooner.

The chair arrived pretty fast. The installation was easy. The chair itself is very comfortable but the head rest can feel a bit awkward when you want to tilt all the way back and slouch. Other than that I'd recommend. For reference I'm 5'7 at around 145 lbs
