Decent Chair for the price

It has a fair amount of adjustments is comfortable for the most part. The armrests are very hard but I ordered armrest covers and they addressed that issue. The seat itself isn't the most comfortable but I can sit all day for work without my back hurting.

Solid office chair headrest too short

Overall this is a very good office chair. My only disappointment is the head rest height is not adjustable and it's too short for me to use. I am 6'0" and when sitting up straight my shoulders hit the head rest.

This is the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever had. I suffer from back pain and finally I found the chair that allows me to work in a pleasant way for hours.

Chair is somewhat easy to assemble. A huge improvement from the traditional office chair. The recline & lumbar support makes for a comfortable chair.

Best Chair Ever ! !

I've been looking for a chair that would support my back and neck. This is it! Most chairs don't support your neck and head at all or not very well. I sat in every chair on display and none of them had the neck support I needed except this one. And you can lean back in the chair and be comfortable enough to take a nap - okay at home not so good at work.... The lumbar support fits well and is adjustable. When I sit in this chair I want to sit up. I have a much more expensive chair at work but I have a tendency to slide down. Not with the Hyken chair! Note: This chair really forces you to sit up straight.
