Excellent chair minor problem

This chair is an excellent value for the money. It has many comfort adjustments and doesn't trap the heat. It moves smoothly is easy to adjust and is very comfortable. My only complaint is that a small piece is missing from the factory-assembled headrest and now I need to follow up on that issue. Otherwise this would have likely been a five-star review.

Decent Chair for Price

The chair is ok given low price compared to good but expensive office chairs. Biggest complaint is that the customizations avail (tilt height arms lumbar) are limited in terms of setting levels. Also the seat depth is very shallow and can not be adjusted. I am 5' 11" and my knees are several inches from the edge of the seat.

Wear and tear already showing on chair after 100 days of usage. I weigh 130-lbs and didn’t use the chair through the Thanksgiving-Christmas-New Year holidays. Wasn’t aware that the chair came with only a 90 day warranty and didn’t purchase the extended warranty. Very disappointed to know that the chair came with hardly any warranty and it’s already showing wear and tear with limited usage.

So comfortable fits my desk better the neck rest is wonderful - where has this been all my life? I'm 5'7 female and about 170 lbs.

While teaching multi-full-day online classes sitting in one chair the mesh stays cool and comfortable (not creating heat as leather or cloth chairs do.) Just wondering how long till the mesh will last.
