Warranty replacement went very smoothly. Staples replaced my 3 year old chair with a new one. AWESOME. Warranty claim on Friday Afternoon replacement at my Door Monday afternoon. AWESOME!

Poor Quality

This chair broke in the second day lumbar support is terrible and the plastic broke on the second day of use. One of the arms would not tighten up. The retaining bolts are threaded into plastic when it should be metal. For the price this chair is terrible. I sent it back.

I had asked my friends and family for a recommendation for a chair for my bad back while I work from home. 4 people had recommended this one. It sure doesn’t disappoint! It’s perfect for my aching lower back. And the only one with an adjustable head rest!

Last year I purchased this chair for my son and WOW !!! it's amazing. This year I purchased the same chair in a different color for my daughter - hence the limited choices of color it is still a WOW chair to sit in and work. This chair conforms and supports each persons stature.Great product and highly recommend it!!!
