I went to look for a chair at the Streetsboro store it was not in stock but it was delivered to my house the next day.The chair assembled well and I've gotten a good price. A good experience all around.

A comfortable chair at a comfortable price

I had an old computer/office chair for several years that was giving me back and neck pains for how much work I have to do at the computer in my home office. Luckily this chair helped both of those symptoms and I am able to work longer. The price is truly great for the quality. It's both a solid build and modern design. Highly recommended!

Chair is comfortable but seat needed to be replaced

The mesh chair that but butt actually rests on tore within a week of having it. Used the limited 2 year warranty and they sent out a new one within like a day or two. New one works fine so the first one was probably just defective. Either way I have to dock a point for it. Otherwise extremely nice and comfortable chair that I can sit in for extended periods of time.

If you have back issues avoid this

I have herniated L4/L5/S1 disc. I’ve been working from home since July and needed something with more support rather than just an upholstered kitchen chair. This had good reviews so I took the chance. Awful! It started with leg cramping a day or two after using. Figured I needed an adjustment period. Now I’m having a complete sciatic nerve attack and can only lay down to be comfortable. Even with my back issues I’ve never had something nearly this bad. I would just avoid this one.
