Good if you get it at discount

A comfortable chair when you first buy it but there are cosmetic and functional issues. There are factory labels at the bottom of the chair. They are held there by a cheap glue that does not let them peel off cleanly. If you try to peel the labels off you get pieces of residue of the label remaining. It looks very ugly. So I left the rest of the label on. This cosmetic defect is enough to reject the chair. The other problem is that you cannot lock the seat back from reclining. I discovered this after buying the chair. If I knew these things I would have bought something else.

I really like the product but the way it was packaged has lot to be asked. It is my 5th or 6th order from Staples and every single one was terribly packaged. Thankfully the chair wasn't damaged. I'd suggest for someone in your company to examine the way the shipment is done packaging in particular. In the past I had couple of ordered items damaged however the headache involved in returning it was not worth the effort.

Functional and comfortable

Our previous chair was shedding little pieces of a thin leather type material and needed to be replaced. We wanted one quickly to replace it so I was limited to what was in stock. Mostly you find one you like and buy one in a box with some assembly required. This one was very comfortable and had all the features we expected with height adjustments recline and lumbar adjustments. The mesh seating and back are comfortable and provide good support while keeping your back and seat cool. Since they had two of this same model on display I was able to buy one of them already assembled.

Fortunately I didn't have to put this chair together as I fell in love with the chair in the store. I have frequent back/neck issues and this chair gives me GREAT back support! The neck rest is great when leaning back. With the mesh design it's also cooler in the warm weather. I could definitely catch some zzzs in this chair if I didn't have so much darn work to do!
