Great quality

The only complaint I have is the head rest does not allow for enough adjustment. I had to remove the head rest. It was too low for the length of my back and neck but for others I am sure it’s just fine

Best bang for the buck...

I've been working for the last 7+ years and I had to replace my old cracking leather desk chair with a full meshed chair with full back and head rest and I was planning on getting a Herman Miller Mirra 2 office chair but this chair is absolutely amazing and worth every penny from Staples. It is absolutely comfortable and super ventilated I am in heaven with this chair and I can sit in this chair for 12 hours with zero issues. I'd get another one if I could!

Easy to Assemble

Love my new Chair! It was surprisingly easy to assemble and took me less then 30 minutes to put it all together. Very Comfortable for all day use. I work from home and this was a HUGE improvement from what I was using before (just a regular arm upohlesterd arm chair)

Hyken desk chair

Packaging is too weak and parts inside the box are not adequately organized so it is very usual to see damage boxes or damaged chair components. The chair materials are not great in quality: Plastic components come with flashes and black color is not uniform. Metalic parts are extremely heavy most likely from a poor quality carbon steel. Assembly is relatively easy and also comes with clear instructions. Chair is less comfortable than what it seems. Ergonomics of this chair is for a small person. Probably designed for a person with less than 150 Lbs. and smaller than 5' 6''. It is particularly uncomfortable right underneath the legs right above the knees due to a narrow fabric reinforcement. Overall nice design this chair comes with nice features like the head rest and an adjustable lumbar support.
