Takes some getting used to

This chair does not have the padding you find in a standard chair since it is made of an open-weave plastic mesh but the skeleton is supportive and comfortable. The mesh seems pretty strong too. The design is attractive the mesh keeps you cool and assembly is pretty straightforward - it even comes with a tool. I did not attach the arms because they get in the way of working on a keyboard and with my Wacom tablet. Leaving them off does not detract from the look of the chair and nobody can tell that it is supposed to have arms. When I tried out the chair at the store it felt pretty comfortable but at home it's taken some gettting used to. I would rate it reasonably comfortable and it has several adjustments which can accomodate most people's preferences. Buying it on sale was terrific!

Bad Investment

Good looking chair but horrible quality. Less than two months of use the mesh on the seat started to separate from the base. Called customer service and they replace it. After three days of use the new chair is also having quality issues with the seat mesh. This time I got my money back. Terrible chair but EXCELENT customer service!

I LOVE THIS CHAIR!! With back problems my old memory foam-seat chair was a killer! I logged in to your website and looked for chairs that were suitable for people who have to sit for long periods of time (I am a bookkeeper!) This chair popped up . . . and better yet it was on sale for 1/2 price! A co-worker assembled it for me and I was hesitant--there's no cushion in the seat! Then I sat in it. I'm sold! It's just "soft" enough to be comfortable but firm for the lower back support I need. Now everyone wants to borrow my chair! Hopefully we'll find it on sale again soon and can buy several!!

Very Comfortable

I bought this chair because of my lower back being in pain all the time. Since my purchase my pain has reduced significantly. Has great lumbar and neck support helps me keep proper posture through my work day. Great buy!
