I tried the chair out at Staples got it home. It's the right amount of softness and firmness lover that it is mesh... living in Phoenix AZ.. it can get hot so it helps. My only reservation is that the headrest is too low. I didn't realize it when I tried it at the store. When I am sitting up which is most of the time I am at the desk it hits me in-between my shoulder blades. I finally had to remove it. I am 6 ft 1 in tall. I also really had to tighten the back from rocking back and forth while I am sitting. It's very comfortable chair and I am glad I have it but I just wished I had spent more time trying it out before buying it.
My back was hurting so got a ergo chair for my office. Needed height as have tall desk. Very comfortable chair decent price but wish could adjust headrest - too low for me.
Would recommend the price and comfort of this Chair is just right for what I need. I work from home about 8 hours a day and I trade off between this chair and my bike chair and it works great and pretty comfy for my back problems
Had neck stiffness so got a ergo chair for my office. Chair was very easy to assemble. The chair is comfortable and the headrest is what I needed. Good price and would recommend.
I had been sitting in a regular dining chair while WFH and needed to upgrade to a proper office chair. I went to my local staples and tested out a bunch of chairs and this stood out as a clear winner. I work for 12+ hours at a time so I've really put this chair to the test and can say its been a big help.
Very breathable. Very sturdy. I suggest using your own allen wrench to really tighten the screws to prevent it from falling apart down the road. Skipped the neck support. I wish the arms went lower.
Not bad. Head rest needs more adjustment capability

The chair arrived in a box. Assembly was easy; I used the emptied box as a prop during the process which helped. Instructions were sufficient. The most significant down-side to this chair so far is that the head rest is a bit too far forward. It pivots a bit but not enough for the necessary repositioning. I considered simply removing it but I'll see how noticeable it is over time.
