Perfect Chair! You will realize how much you really needed it and what you’ve been missing. It’s extremely comfortable for your entire body

Chair is great. Staples customer service was terrible. Took more then two months to replace a damaged chair that was in stock everywhere.

Chair can be restrictive meaning limited range of setting and comfort levels.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but in this case I have no choice. The chair looks great was packaged nicely and was very easy to assemble. Unfortunately the chair was so uncomfortable that I had to return it.
