Quality constructed but the neck rest is too low.

Pros: Quality made Mesh provides good support and keeps you cool Cons: Neck rest too low. I was very excited about the neck rest but there is very little height adjustment for the neck rest. I am 6 feet tall and when I sit the neck rest hits me in the shoulder region. If I sit low in the chair the neck rest isn't too bad but I fear this bad posture won't serve me well long term! Consequently I have removed the neck rest. Even without the neck rest it's better than my previous chair. I hope to make an adapter in the future to extend the height of the neck rest.

My son is a big gamer and says this is an amazingly comfortable chair with great lumbar and head rest support. No more hot back and butt from gaming for long periods of time.

The great thing about this chair is that it fits me so well! It's very comfortable & has terrific lumbar support. Rolls smoothly. I love to be able to tilt back easily. We shopped all over before we bought this one & it was an excellent choice for us!

Comfortable but not for large people

If you have wide shoulders or are taller than 6 feet you may have trouble really enjoying this chair. It raises up decently high but the head rest only reaches the base of my neck and presses against the back of my shoulders. The arm rests have decent height adjustment but screwing them into the chair base feels like you may warp or strip something because the fasteners do not screw in flat and flush against the mounting pieces. The base is plastic but seems sturdy for a heavy person as well it is rated for 275lbs after all. No signs or sounds of flex or breaking. The Mesh seat and back are comfortable and provide ample air flow as well if you're concerned about staying cool in warm spaces. The lumbar support piece while effective has minimal height adjustment and it's not the most accessible to reach and move especially when you're already seated. The lean works great and locks into place well. Combined with the lumbar support it really makes you sit up straight.

The mesh is really comfortable. Nice adjustments makes it custom your fit. Head rest is a great plus for longs hours in front of the computer.

Comfortable chair head rest too low
