Overall it is very comfortable for my butt and lower back but I wish the headrest were able to move up and down as well.

Sagging seat mesh - did I get a defected chair?

Within a couple of days the seat mesh became too loose or sagging/sinking even though my weight is only 140lbs. The sagging mesh made it very uncomfortable to sit on as the the body weight now lands on the seat's front edge. Imagine sitting on a cushioned bar. Also the headrest piece is positioned too low and its angle cannot be adjusted. Maybe it is better to use the chair without the headrest for most of the people. I purchased the chair mainly for the 4.5 out of 5 rating with 12K reviews. But it turned out to be the worst office chair I purchased during the recent years. Maybe I got a defected mesh seat?

Very Nice Chair

Very nice chair. Went together easily. Parts very sturdy. Lumbar support and head rest adjustments are good. Would buy again. Would rate a 5 except that open weave seat is very firm and hard to get used to after using a chair with a cushioned seat.

The chair head rest hurts my neck and shoulder. The seat is tilted back and feels like slipping down back. The mesh is hard to sit on for long time without putting a cushion on. The hard plastic around the mesh isn't friendly if you want to put your leg up the seat. I returned it after sit on it for half a day.
