This chair came in a nice sturdy box and nothing was damaged. I put the chair together myself in about 20 minutes. It is comfortable in many ways especially the back support head rest and arm rests. However after about 2 hours of sitting the underside of my thighs began to hurt. I'm curvy and definitely have wide hips and bigger thighs. So with that being said the metal rim of the base of the chair began to dig into my thighs and was rather uncomfortable. So now I have the motivation to get to the gym cause I'm to lazy to return this and I need to do office work for about 3 hours a day.
I am very much enjoying my Hyken. It's super comfortable and blows away my old chair. I have even napped it in briefly. I wish it had a leg rest but that's no biggie. The only issue I have with the chair is that the lumbar support isn't supposed to or can't be removed easily. The current support pushes up the back of my shirt and the mesh can be irritating on my skin.
Good for my back for extended computer time. Larger than I wanted for a bedroom desk chair and I want to ditch the head rest. Sale price and Staples coupons cinched the deal for me.
I chose this chair after looking through every store in the area and it hasn’t disappointed. Great back support but is also comfy both of which are important when sitting at a desk for long hours of the day.
The chair has the adjustments to make it comfortable for my 5’0 frame. Nice lumbar support. The only issue I am having is my soar sacrum not sure if it is because this chair has proper support so I am sitting differently then when I did not. It feels comfortable.
