Great Chair for Average Size People

We really liked this chair and thought it was very comfortable. The only problem was that when my son sat in it the head rest was up against his shoulders and we couldn't make an adjustment to change that. So my recommendation is that if you have a long torso you do not buy this chair. If you are average height and torso I think I would give this chair at least a 4 stars

First Rate Office Chair Choice

I needed a new office chair and found this one on sale in a Staples newspaper flyer. I had wanted a full mesh chair with lumbar support and head rest and this one met those specifications. The price was one half of other offerings I had looked at and also offered free shipping. The chair arrived in two business days and was quite easy to assemble (excellent instructions & parts labeling). To date this chair has exceeded my expectations. My only recommendations are to change the adhesive on the numerous labels (needed solvent to remove) and design a locking mechanism for head rest adjustment.

Extremely comfortable chair

Bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. He is notoriously picky and we both have neck and back pains. He has loved this chair so far (2 weeks in). I decided to try it out the other day after his rave reviews and I agree very very comfortable.

If you're going to buy this chair get the 3 year warranty. Just a few days shy of a month and the mesh has detached from the sides of the base of the chair. It's a good chair while it lasts however comfortable but the construction is poor and you cannot get it repaired it seems called the store and asked and was told there was no way to get it repaired.
