My job requires me to have an ergonomic chair that provides the correct amount of support and comfort for a very long day of taking calls and this chair seemed to be a good option. I did not want I spend $125 on a chair but after sitting in a chair for four hours straight lunch and another four hours I decided I would make the investment. I do not regret my decision. This is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in and the mesh allows for the air to keep my legs from getting too hot throughout the day. I would recommend thischair to anyone who needs the supports for those long hours at work or even just for a comfortable seat in general. Chairs on other sites were twice as much as this one was but they were the same quality if not worse. I bought it and loved it told a friend about it and they also are very satisfied by their purchase

Because of prior back problems I had to change my chair. This chair works great on keeping my back straighter and not hurting as bad.

The back of chair is not supportive and the arms rest are very close to body. Either squeeze into the chair or lean on desk to work. Strain on shoulders and neck. 2 stars are for the appearance and material.

I received my chair next day! Having spine disease I always knew the chair I had been sitting on for the last 10 years at my desk 8 hours a day was not the correct chair for me. I finally broke down and purchased my own chair. I noticed the lower lumbar support giving me the support I needed for my back the instant I sat down. The chair rolls so smoothly that I don't have to work my legs so hard which pulls on my back when I move from one side of my desk to the other. When I sit completely back not only do I have the head/neck rest but it also provide support in the back shoulder/shoulder blade areas. My only negative is I wish there were a couple of more inches in the depth of the seat (front to back); it is too short to go to the back of my knees so when I have my feet flat on the floor it tends to cut off my circulation; therefore I needed to get a foot rest to prop my feet up on. I would recommend this chair to everyone. In fact everyone in the company that has sat on it wants to get one!
