This chair was easy to assemble. The headrest cradles my head perfectly and there is lumbar support. I would have liked a cushioned seat but the seat support is otherwise perfect. Great value.

Pretty good chair. The only downside is the seat. The mesh is as expected flexible so while it has support on all 4 sides the material will sometimes flex a little weird. The main selling point for me is the lumbar and neck support is perfect for me

Poorly designed headrest and material

We have a lot of these chairs and the headrest is horribly designed and useless. It holds your head so far forward from your spine that your neck and back hurts. If you take the headrest off the chair it is far more comfortable. However the material is scratchy on exposed skin.

Comfortable Work Seat

Very comfortable design. Mesh material is quite comfortable unless you're wearing shorts. Being on the tall side I would like the headrest to be about 1" higher because it hits my shoulders. I could simply remove the headrest though since I can't picture myself taking a nap in the chair. (The headrest is fine in the reclined position.) Over all I am very happy with the purchase and my gel arm pads fit on it perfectly.

Staff at the Frankfort store are truly excellence in Customer Service. Quickly found the chair... rang me up... and even loaded it in my car. The chair itself is very high quality and very easy to assemble... highly adjustable... and very comfortable for long hours of photo editing. Thank you Staples and Hyken.
