The chair arrived and the back piece by the lumbar support was broken. It's on backorder so I don't have a complete chair yet.

The chair worked out good. There was one chair I liked more (that cost more) that I didn't get because it didn't have the head reast like this one...It has helped my back though already!

This chair is very adjustable and helps to alleviate back pain. Only drawback is the headrest is not made for short people and I am 5'1" tall.

Headrest is pretty much useless

I'm 5 10" and the headrest sits a little too low down in my opinion and it pushes your neck forward a but. it also does not sit evenly so one side sticks out more that the other. Also you can't adjust how far out the arm rests go. In my opinion they sit a little too close to your body

After about 5 or 5 days I really like this FlexFit™ Hyken Mesh Task Chair Black (UN59460) I sit in it about 6 hours a day. Very adjustable and comfortable.

I am 5'3" and have trouble finding a chair that allows me to adjust to height neck and back support specs. This chair is perfect. Fully adjustable. Comfortable. Great for those with coccix tenderness neck or low back pain. Also is really nice looking and not too bulky for a home office.

the head rest was initially assembled in a way that pushed into your neck. A small (somewhat difficult) reassembly is necessary to make the headrest actually meet your head.
