Just bought I am a big guy 6 1 Medium built 245 ( not round ) The point is that this Headrest should be adjustable so that it doesn't sit behind my neck. This chair is suitable for someone shorter and not a large frame as myself. I liked that it was cool and stirdy but the headrest is the reason why I was attracted to it. Big let down..

Excellent Chair

I work from my home office and spend a lot of time at my desk. I really like the support of the mesh much better than a traditional foam padded chair. I'm also hoping this will last longer than a foam padded chair. I needed to replace my leather/foam chair every few years because of the foam packing down and leather rips. I'll be interested to see what happens to the mesh after a few years. But so far (2 months) so good.

Great chair

I bought this chair a little over a week ago and love it! The mesh seating is soft and airy and the lumbar support is at a perfect height. I debated leaving off the headrest but installed it and have actually really enjoyed having it to recline back while on the phone etc. I bought this chair because I liked the mesh seating and back and because the arms were adjustable. It's easy to adjust and operate. If you are on the fence go to a Staples store and sit in this chair - it will change your mind!
