The chair is easy to assemble. It took about 15 minutes with no additional tools other than the hex wrench included required. The chair is attractive and comfortable. My only negative comment is that the adjustment for seat rigidity is difficult to use and not very effective in increasing the tension of the seat. I really like the chair regardless of this issue. It is hard to imagine finding a better value for the price.

I work long hours and this chair is the best. It is easy to adjust and in many different position settings. Love the mesh seating and backing. It is comfortable but yet supportive. I had backache problem but not with this chair anymore. I purchased one I was so satisfied then replace other chair by purchasing a second one. And now I need to purchase an additional chair this will be my only choice.

Solid chair with one significant flaw

The chair is well made and easy to assemble. Seat is comfortable and back rest good. However the head rest has limit adjustment and anyone over 5' 8" in height will find it hits your shoulders not your neck or head. I solved by removing the headrest. Not optimal but workable.

I’ve been searching for a replacement to an office chair that I’ve had for years and this is the one. So comfortable! The head rest hits that perfect spot on your neck and the lumbar support is sturdy. The mesh keeps you cool for long stretches of sitting.

I love the back support and overall comfort. I don't like the fact that my feet keep getting tangled with the caster supports at the floor. That part of the chair needs to be re-engineered.
