Good firm support out of the box. So far so good. everything feels decently made and enough adjustments to fit my body. Using Aeron chairs in my main office and this chair is compatible in comfort minus the bottom is little shorter and light weight makes it little unstable when moving around the office but perfect as a backup office chair

Took about 30-40 minutes to easily get put together. Made in Vietnam and very nicely so. I'm not used to having a headrest didn't like it and just removed it. Good range of adjustments. Well worth the price.

Easy to put together comfortable tons of adjustment options that make it easy to adjust my position throughout the day as needed. Can't imagine you can do much better for the price!

The chair and deliver are great.The ease of putting it together with straightforward simple instructions and the only tool needed was the included Allen wrench makes assembly 5+ stars!
