I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this chair as I had always had high back leather chairs in my office. This chair was purchased to replace another higher priced national brand chair that was only 3 months old but very uncomfortable. I could not be happier with the support and breathatbility of the mesh seat and back. The extra lumbar support is much welcomed there are plenty of adjustments to fit any body size and shape it rolls smoothly & the back tilts if you want sit back & relax! BRAVO!

I love this chair. Not only is it comfortable but it is also utilitarian. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support are just what I needed.

Hyken comfort

The Hyken chair is fine but after sitting in it for about an hour I noticed that my sciatic nerve starting bothering me which it usually doesn't. The front of the chair hits the back of my legs in such a way that it causes a problem. The box was already gone in the garbage so we're left with a chair that no on in the house is using.

Comfortable and supportive

After sitting on a $49 chair bought on NoMoreRak - I finally convinced my boss that I needed a different chair so I could work a full day. I knew what I wanted but could not spend the $ for the chairs I thought would work. Finally got this on a special purchase and am I happy about it. It was easy to assemble has all the support in the right places for me and I am using the headrest and find it comfortable. This is a great value and seems to be well-made. Have been using for more than a week and appreciate it more each day.
