I love my new chair. It is comfortable and I fidget much less.... Adds comfort and cuts waisted time trying to get comfortable.

Some issues

I received the chair a began to assemble it until I found the backrest screws would not screw in all the way. I initially thought it required power tools to assemble but then I saw that the screws were all the way in and were in fact not the right size for the holes. I'd advise better quality control on Staples part to prevent this happening to someone else. I'm most definitely not going to buy chairs from Staples again.

I love the chair! I am short so this is a great chair for me. I can keep my feet on the floor yet my back is up against the back of the chair which gives me great posture. I love the headrest which is great for my sore neck. Very comfortable chair.

Chair disappointing

I had high hopes for this chair but after sitting in it to work for less than an hour my back was in spasms. I tried again the next day and had the same result so I returned the chair. I am a small person (5’2”) and although the chair will adjust some it wouldn’t adjust enough for my size.

Best Office Chair I've Owned

I've had this chair almost a year now and sit in it anywhere from 6 hours a day up to 12 and it still looks as good as when I took it out of the box. I don't know if this would work for a very short person but I'm 5' 7" and it's perfect for me. It did take several hours to put together but I'm 69 years old and was able to do it myself. Love the shape of the seat; I can either slouch or sit up straight comfortably. And when I need a break I can lean back and the neck rest fits my head perfectly. I occasionally nod off while at my desk and have had no ill effects from sleeping in this chair nor have I fallen out of it as I have from other office chairs I've had. Normally I don't give 5-star ratings but in my opinion this chair deserves it.
