Overall a great chair. It was easy to put together and seems to be well made. The mesh seating and backing keep you nice and cool and the head rest is the most comfortable I have felt on a office chair. The only negative I have is there should be a little padding on the chair where it meets the back of your thighs. After about 20 minutes of sitting you sink into the mesh seat a little and you can feel the plastic that hold the mesh pushing into the back of your thighs which gets a bit uncomfortable.

I love it. I purchased a 2nd one. I was in outside sales the owner needed me on the inside. I will be sitting at a desk now for 8 to 10 hours a day. I needed something with good support. I sat in the chair at the store. The lumbar felt so good on my back. I purchased the 1st chair. I was using it at home and decided to get a 2nd one to keep at home. The direction are so easy to follow. The front of the pcs are marked. Right and left are marked. The screws are marked and color coded. Just go step by step as per the directions and you can't mess it up. DO NOT just rip into it. Don't say I can put together a chair. Everything ever step is clearly marked. YES I do recommend it for the comfort and ease of putting together. .

Good design but flawed production.

The chair is nice and all but it has a problem with the pneumatic cylinder. I got this chair 2.5 years ago and after 9 months the cylinder broke and always lost height over a few minutes. Staples replaced the chair for free and now after almost 2 years the same issue is happening on the new one it loses height slowly until it bottoms out.

A great value

For my height (5' 5") and for the desk I have this chair is perfect. My legs can go under the keyboard drawer at my preferred seat height. I wanted a chair that was comfortable and was good ergonomically. This chair fits the bill without breaking the bank. I wish the lumbar support was a little bit better and the headrest height was adjustable. The headrest is just about 1 inch higher than where would have been ideal for me. But overall the chair is about 90% of my ideal chair and does not cost too much. So very happy with the purchase. Also it has good looks and is sturdy.

Most comfortable task chair I've had!

We just bought our second one of these because I found the first one so comfortable. Both of us have back issues and these seem to really keep those issues from popping up. I would highly recommend it! As for the head/neck rest it is too low for the tall one of us. I don't really think it's needed anyway.
