Hyken Chair - Directions Not Clear ...

I had previously purchased the Bressor chair. Its lacked height and support and was clunky. There was no height adjustment so it sat very low. So I returned it and opted for the Hyken chair. The Hyken has better support and is very comfortable with an adjustable neck support. The directions were unclear and hard to follow. The arms although adjustable are a bit shaky. I guess I'll need to tighten the screws. It would be nice if Staples would have the chairs they have on their website in all their stores so one can try them out before purchasing them. Its an effort to put the chair together before finding out that itd not right. They you have to take apart and go through the return process.

After sitting in the chair for half an hour couldn't anymore. Found it to be uncomfortable. Seat is stationary and doesn't move and tends to be snug on the sides and found this uncomfortable. Seemed like a great chair in the store and was excited to get it but not as comfortable after sitting it for a time.

I will say this chair feels great very easy to assemble and truly happy with this purchase. You must go staples to try this chair out to see if it works for you. I tried to buy another chair online without going to try the chair out only to return it due to the chair not meeting my needs build quality

This is the best office chair I've ever sat in. I'm not some kind of office-chair aficionado but I've sat in quite a few different chairs in my time here on earth. I suffer from lower back pain so I needed something that wouldn't aggravate my pain. I can sit in this chair for quite a while without experiencing discomfort--something that I cannot do in most other chairs.

Great chair but head rest annoying if you're over 6ft

Great chair but the head rest becomes annoying because of its position if you're over 6ft tall. Simply fix: don't install it or remove it after you give it a go.
